Center For Development Orientation and Training (CDOT) an NGO was formed in 2000, by a group of Rural Development Professionals, Academicians and Social workers. 
The organization was formed basically to work with a difference in the area in the field of credit, livelihood and all developmental programmes, which can demonstrate for other organizations as well as for the other people in the area. Our focus has been to deliver the quality services to the community.
Aims & Objectives of CDOT
- To promote socio-economic empowerment of rural population especially women and other disadvantaged groups like children, aged and disabled people and outcastes of society.
- To create awareness of the best practices involved in different strata of social and economic life.
- Promote community participation in empowering the disadvantaged through activities, which are implemented and monitored by the community and also transparent and accountable to it.
Goals:
- To bring about social changes through empowering the women community.
- To uplift the economic status of women and unprivileged.
- To capacitate the unprivileged section for better livelihood opportunities.
- To aware and empower women for their rights and duties.
- To facilitate the girl children for proper growth and education.
- To mobilize the community to take part in local self-governanc
